When you use our “Mix & Master Upload” form, we collect and process the following information:

  • Name (required)

  • Email address (required)

  • Optional: phone number, project/track name, artist/band name, notes

  • Uploaded files (audio tracks, stems, multi-track projects)

Purpose of processing:

  • To provide the requested audio services (mixing, mastering, multi-stem mastering, podcast processing, etc.)

  • To communicate with you regarding your project and order

  • To ensure secure file transfer and storage during the project

Legal basis:
The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Storage period:
Uploaded files and project-related data will be stored only as long as necessary to process your order and may be deleted upon request after project completion, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Data sharing:
Your uploaded files will not be shared with third parties, except for technical service providers necessary to securely transfer or store the data (e.g., hosting providers, email providers).

 

 

b) When Using Our Contact Form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. A valid email address is required so that we know who the request is from and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.
